Information about Prices, Ordering and Returns

All prices shown on our website or otherwise quoted by Apothecary Naturals are net prices exclusive of all other costs, including (but not limited to) shipping; handling; insurance; taxes; duties; tariffs; the cost of special packaging or other services. All such costs are Buyer’s obligation. Prices shown on our website supersede all previous prices and are subject to change without notice.

Order Confirmations

Before finalizing your order please review your information, items and quantities ordered as well as the shipping address, for accuracy. You will receive an e-mail confirmation within 24 hours of placing your order if you provided an e-mail address and checked the E-mail me a copy of my order checkbox. Note: e-mail is our primary form of communication with you so please check it carefully for accuracy. If this e-mail address is incorrect, blocked, SPAM-controlled or otherwise filtered (or not input by you) you will not receive our notices.

Sales Tax

No sales tax will be collected on orders outside Florida.

Returns and Refunds

To avoid loss, we encourage you to sample our products and for your first purchase buy a few fragrances in the smallest sizes available. We're sorry but for health and safety reasons our fragrance oils and moisturizers are not returnable unless the error was ours and we shipped the wrong item. In this case we need the item(s) back unopened, along with the original packing slip. Please contact us in writing within three (3) days from receipt of goods to resolve the issue. Failure to give written notice of any error within said time period shall constitute an unqualified acceptance of the goods and a waiver by Buyer of all claims with respect thereto. Errors are either replaced or fully credited back to the customer, shipping included.

Missing Item or Shortages

If an item is missing from your shipment, or the quantity count on an item is short, please contact us at once to resolve the matter. Buyer shall present claims for missing item/shortages in writing to us within three (3) days after receipt of goods. Failure to give written notice of any claim within said time period shall constitute an unqualified acceptance of the goods and a waiver by Buyer of all missing item/shortage claims with respect thereto. Please note that we reserve the right to either ship the missing item/shortage or issue a credit for same at our sole discretion.

Damaged Item

We pack all of our shipments very carefully to assure their safe arrival to your doorstep. You should always inspect all packages and their contents immediately upon arrival and have the carrier note any visible damage. All orders leave our Premises in good condition. Contact the carrier immediately if Damage has occurred, because our responsibility ceases upon delivery of our goods to the carrier at the shipping point.

Refused Shipments

Refusal to accept delivery of a shipment does not relieve the Buyer of either the responsibility to make any (and all) payment(s) that is due and payable, nor does it require Apothecary Naturals to refund monies already paid. We will make every reasonable attempt to contact Buyer up to 14 days after receiving the Refused Shipment. If Buyer wishes item(s) shipped again, he/she will be liable for a second S&H fee. If however despite all a our efforts Buyer does not respond, after 14 days the goods will be considered abandoned property and we will dispose of it as we deem appropriate at our sole discretion.
