The healing energy of Nature. Our Anxiety Relief Synergy Blend is made from essential oils with relaxing & calming properties which are known to complement each other and work together as an effective means to induce relaxation, mental peace and facilitate sleep.  

Application: This is an aroma-therapeutically concentrated formula, so use only a couple of drops as directed. 

“Less is more,” as the saying goes. Start out with using only a couple of drops and massage the oil into your temples, under your nose, on your throat, on the nape of your neck, on your chest or on your pulse points (wrists, inside of elbows, groin area, back of knees and behind your ears, just under the earlobes). 

To use the Restful Sleep Synergy Blend as a relaxing inhalant in the evening, apply 4-5 drops in an essential oil mister. Start the mister 10 minutes before bedtime. You can also put 4-5 drops of Restful Sleep Synergy Blend into your bath water. Inhale deeply and let the calming aroma relax your body and mind. 

Warning: Not for internal consumption. Do not use if pregnant or nursing. If you have prescribed sedatives or are scheduled for surgery, show the Restful Sleep Synergy Blend to your physician as it might enhance the narcotic effects of the medication and/or anesthesia. Because it has sedative and narcotic properties, people suffering from depression or are taking sedatives should avoid Restful Sleep Synergy Blend.

Ingredients (English): Lavender, Chamomile, Hops flower, Valerian root, Marjoram, Elemi, Amyris & Ylang Ylang essential oils

Ingredients (INCI): Lavandula angustifolia, Anthemis nobilis, Humulus lupulus, Valeriana officinalis, Thymus mastichina, Canarium luzonicum, Amyris balsamifera & Cananga odorata essential oils

Amyris essential oil is known to have sedative and calming properties, for which reason aids in stress relief.

Chamomile essential oil has been used traditionally to help with insomnia, as it induces a feeling of mental peace, relaxation and lowers stress.

Elemi essential oil is said to help induce sleep. Elemi is a member of the same botanical family as frankincense and myrrh. 

Hops flower essential oil has been used traditionally as a sedative, which helps with anxiety, stress, and insomnia.

Lavender essential oil has been used for its calming effect on the central nervous system and sedative action on the heart.

Marjoram essential oil is now to have a relaxing and sedative effect on both the mind and body while relieving nervous stress. 

Valerian root essential oil is a known antidepressant, used to combat seizures, anxiety, neuralgia, emotional stress, mental strain, depression, restlessness, tension, and trauma.

Ylang Ylang essential oil is known for its sedative properties. It helps ease feelings of anger.
